This notice explains what we collect when you join the DocXMate Pro founding-member list, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your email address (required).
• If you choose to share them: your course (MD, MS, DNB or other), specialty, and expected thesis submission month.
• The date of your consent and your approximate country, as reported by our hosting provider.

We do not collect patient data, names of patients or institutions, or payment details on this page.

Why we use it

• To tell you when DocXMate Pro launches and honour your founding-member price.
• To send a few useful updates about thesis statistics and the product.
• To understand which courses and specialties need DocXMate Pro, and when, so we build the right things first.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in a database on Cloudflare, the provider that hosts this website. We keep them until DocXMate Pro launches and for as long as you stay on the list, and we delete them when you unsubscribe or ask us to.

Your rights

• Withdraw consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
• Access, correct or erase your information.
• Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
